Groups

SECASA is pleased to be able to offer a suite of therapeutic groups across all ages and genders for our clients. Groups at SECASA are facilitated by experienced clinicians who are trauma informed, strengths focussed and have experience and training in group therapy.

SECASA’s group program is flexible and adaptive to current research and best practise and may include the Creative Arts/ Expressive therapies, art therapy, music therapy, body based therapies and somatic work. It is important for us to make sure the timing is right for you to engage in a group so that you find being a part of a group manageable.
