SECASA’s group program is flexible and adaptive to current research and best practise and may include the Creative Arts/ Expressive therapies, art therapy, music therapy, body based therapies and somatic work. It is important for us to make sure the timing is right for you to engage in a group so that you find being a part of a group manageable.
